In 2016, Huong left the Engineering field and dived into real estate full time. Not only does she bring her own experience with property ownership and management, she can also provide guidance with property asset management, (such as how to cut ten years off your mortgage and general contractors). Huong has been able to achieve this success by using the non-traditional lending since the purchase of her first property.
From years of personal research into real estate investment in an effort to build her own portfolio of cash-flowing properties, Huong developed a strategy to buy multiple properties as an investment. From finding the property, securing the funds, developing the strategy to buy, finding tenants, and managing the daily operations are all the things she had to do and learned over the years.
In an effort to help 100 families become mortgage-free in 10 years, Huong created Project 100-10-10. By using the simple GLAD Method, every family who has a mortgage has can become mortgage-free in 10 years.
She created the ‘No-More-Rent’ Program to help families get into a home to grow their family. She also created an easy 5-Step-System to ‘Fire-Your-Boss’ to help working professionals who love their day job invest in real estate. Wouldn’t you love to have the OPTION to fire your boss? What if everyday felt like a Saturday?
Huong is a self-made millionaire and believes everyone deserves a home of their own. Huong Luu, PEng, PMP is a graduate from Ryerson University with a Chemical Engineering degree. She purchased her first property while in University. While working in the Engineering field, she dabbled in real estate during her free time and since then, has acquired several properties in Ontario and Alberta.
Huong specializes in Buy & Hold, Lease Options, single-family and multi-unit properties, mortgage financing and private lending. She has the ability to find options in every situation and to simplify strategies to help you be massively successful in real estate.

Being from a traditional Chinese family, working hard was a must. I saw this from my parents who came to Canada with no money and was able to purchase a variety store in hopes of building steady income and financial security for the family. Without realizing it, I started buying real estate in my 20’s to get passive income and to build financial security.
Once I had 4 properties, obtaining additional funding for more real estate endeavours was impossible. Even though I was making a great income as an Engineer, lenders would not approve me for any more mortgages.
When the opportunity came to retire from engineering, I wanted to figure out how to grow my real estate portfolio to build financial security. And I have. Now, I help families take vacations when they want, have abundance of wealth, finance their dream home (and pay it off) and grow their real estate portfolio to build financial security.
Cycle for Sight (a fundraiser ride to raise awareness and support research at the Foundation Fighting Blindness) is something that is dear to my heart. A very close friend of mine passed away in 2016 during the Cycle for Sight ride. She was vision impaired. During the last few years of our friendship, much of our conversations were around her pug (Silkie) and how she would maintain her lifestyle in her old age. So we worked out a plan to buy real estate for passive income and for her to pay her mortgage off faster. She was concerned about how individuals with vision impairment could afford and maintain a Home of their own.
Since her passing, I now participate and ride in the same Cycle for Sight fundraiser ride that she did. It is a constant reminder, that our time on this Earth is precious and can be taken away from us at any moment.
Proceeds from each book will be donated to the Foundation Fighting Blindness
