Eugene Huang is a full-time real estate investor with over 20 years experience in North America and China, and 15 years Commercial/Corporate Banking experience in Canada. He was educated in China (BSc) and Canada (MBA in Finance). He is a CPA/CMA Chartered Holder and a Licensed Mortgage Agent.

Eugene is also a self-made millionaire and accumulated his multimillion real estate assets through his proven Buy-and-Hold investment strategy.  He bought his first property back in 1994 for under $50,000 when he was 26 and still holding it. The property has appreciated significantly to over one million dollars. Since then he has made significant investments in real estate worldwide and currently managing over 40 units income properties in China, Canada and U.S, with a focus on U.S. cash flow properties (properties that generate over 10% return).

Eugene is fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese and Chiu Chow dialect) and skillful in public speaking/business presentations.

Eugene is married with 2 kids. Interests include Sailing, Cooking, Music and Dance.
